Terms And Conditions – Master Junk Removals

Please take a moment to go through Master Junk Removals Terms and Conditions of Service! Master Junk Removals is a licenced waste carrier and as that there are certain conditions that apply to each and every clearance or disposal job we undertake. These conditions dictate all the responsibilities and obligations of all parties involved upon confirmation of the agreement to proceed with the requested service. In all instances where the words ‘You’ and/or ‘Yours’ it would mean the customer, in all instances where ‘We’, ‘Our’ or ‘Us’ is used, that would mean the service provider. The following Terms and Conditions will be implemented as soon as you agree to have Master Junk Removals carry out the job for you. Any changes made after the agreement will need to be further agreed to either in writing or over the phone with our operators. We strongly recommend that you read these Terms and Conditions thoroughly and understand all the points mentioned here before confirming your service. N.B. Master Junk Removals can not be held responsible for misplaced personal items or belongings that may be in the junk or rubbish shown on site for removal, therefore, can not offer any kind of compensation once items have been collected and disposed.

1 Quotation and Inquiry

All quotes and queries are to be handled before the job commences. All items for removal must be described in details or otherwise additional charges may be applied on spot for misleading information provided during the booking.


1.1 If You update your service requests before the job commences, you will be provided with a quote update

1.2 Where possible, We will provide free of charge viewing and provide a quote on spot

1.3 All provided quotes have a validity of no more than 7 calendar days.

1.4 All provided quotes may be negotiated, but Master Junk Removals will have to decide whether to carry out the job depending on additional things including the following: Parking, Congestion Charges, Penalty Charges, Accessibility or things beyond our control like Traffic, Weather Conditions, or Availability. Any penalties or additional charges incurred during the service shall be covered entirely by You.

2 Communication with Master Junk Removals

All calls are recorded for can be used for training, monitoring and or legal disputes where needed. By confirming your service with Master Junk Removals, you agree to have those calls transferred to other parties for the sole purpose of training and or complaint resolutions.

All Communication is to be done either through telephone or email, occasionally through text messages. If you do not wish to be contacted a certain way, please specify your preferred means of communication.

All complaints are to be done by email directly to the office representatives.

3 Additional Works.

All quotes provided have taken into consideration the access of the property and your provided description when booking. It does not include any dismantling on instalment of items to be collected. Additional charges may be applied in the cases where we have not been informed that You want the moving of items from one place to another in order to access the ones for removing.

We are not qualified electricians, and can not be held responsible for any damages or problems that may result from you asking us to disconnect your electrical appliances before removal, same thing applies to any appliances that work on natural gas, or water, please contact a professional plumber before our arrival.

Master Junk Removals reserve the right to change price quotes for any additional work requested on site without having been notified in advance when booking.

4 Payments

All payments for removal services performed by Master Junk Removals should be paid on the day of the service either in cash or by bank transfer. It is your responsibility to make certain that you have enough and do not make our team wait as other appointments are delayed as a result.

All delayed payments, unless otherwise agreed to with the office, would be subject to delay charges of 3% of the sum per delayed calendar day.

5 Cancellations

All cancellations of bookings made in advance should be cancelled with at least 24 hours notice. All appointments scheduled for same day removal should be cancelled with at least 1 hour notice of the service.

In all cases where less than the stated notice is provided, customer will be subject to £25 Cancellation Fee.

6 Health and Safety

Master Junk Removals reserves the right to stop carrying out the job if at any point we fear of the health and safety of our teams or you as a customer. Details of the issues will be directly communicated with the customer and the team performing the job.

We strongly advise to keep pets and small children away while the team is carrying out the job, to minimize distractions. Please remove all valuable objects that may get in the way when our team is disabling items or passing through the property.

7 Parking Facilities

All customers should secure an appropriate parking spot for the team to use when performing the service, ideally closest to the property so the job can be carried out as fast as possible by the team. That would include driveways, visitor parking or paid parking.

If when carrying out the job at your property, our team is fined for illegal parking but you have advised them to use that particular spot, you will be charged with the fine.

8 Hazardous Wastes

Master Junk Removals is a company specialized in the removal of only non hazardous waste. It is strictly prohibited by law to remove any asbestos, medical wastes, flammable oils and fuels, if you require any of these above collected, please contact a specially licensed company to have them safely discarded for you.
